Opt for bulk! No need to worry about the temperature of your cooler or expiration dates. Freeze-drying allows for better preservation of meats without changing their properties. This makes it the ideal ingredient to complete one of your recipes or to add more protein to your favourite dishes.

PREPARATION

Add just enough boiling water (or broth) to cover ingredients. Mix well and seal the bag. Let stand for 15 min. Drain and add to your favourite dishes.
