This vegan chilli will satisfy more than one! Simple and easy to prepare, this express, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal contains 46 g of protein. It’s perfect for boosting your energy after a long day out in the great outdoors. Add grated carrots for colour, cheese, or our freeze-dried ground beef to turn it into a chilli con carne!

Stove preparation

Combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Express preparation (one serving only)

Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.

With Insulating Pan Cover

Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
